  : We were billed for the night, even though the hotel told us from the moment of booking, that they would not be able to host us. When we requested a room, we made it clear we would be arriving at 22:00. We received an email immediately the next morning, that hotel ristorante largev would not be able to host us because of our late arrival. Nevertheless the booking request had been accepted, meaning that we would be billed for the night. We tried calling repeatedly over the course of the next day and were constantly told that there was no time to talk to us because the restaurant was busy. Our attempts to reach out over this website were also ignored.
