  : The breakfast didn’t matter at that point because I was tired from not getting any rest.
  : We tried to go to sleep at 11:30pm but a large group of teenage kids arrived shortly after, running down the halls, yelling, and slamming doors which continued until 3/3:30am. On top of this issue, our room 323 had a square damaged portion of the ceiling over the bathtub that started leaking, rather emptying water from 1:30am when someone in the room above us started showering. I called the front desk and they offered us the option to change rooms. That would mean getting dressed and packing all of our things in the middle of the night which we didn’t want to do. The leaking finally stopped. Then a 2nd person started showering and the water started coming through the ceiling again. In addition, we could hear the water dripping inside the walls. It is completely unfathomable and unconscionable how you could rent out a room that has a leak in the ceiling. And you cannot tell me you didn’t know about this problem. Why did you not get this completely resolved? Unbelievable!!!! I expect a refund or some financial compensation for this sense of irresponsibility. If I am not compensated, I will be writing a negative review online and following up with higher officials. Do not call me unless there is financial compensation.

  : The room was clean and comfortable.
  : The toilet didn’t flush in the room but was temporarily fixed. We went down for breakfast at 8 am and everything was gone. We waited around to see if anything would be replenished, then ended up going to McDonald’s.When going to check out, we wanted to just let the front desk about the breakfast issue. There was nobody at the desk for about 15 minutes so we just left.
