  : Cleaning fee is high but no clean. Hair and dust every where. Kitchen area and dinner table shelves Even bedrooms sheet ... I was wondering they changed bed sheets???

  : the condo is clean and maintain. TV are big and nice coaches in the living room
  : the passcode is too long to memorize, so we need to check email every time we got out

  : There was water damage in the building with a mildewed smell. The jacuzzi was totally inoperable. There was no remote control for the tv in the second bedroom.

  : The complex was easy to find and has in a good location with underground parking. It was neat with trees. The apartment was a good size, well set out, cozy and with everything you would need. There were 2 small verandas and a nice fire place with dry fire wood that started immediately. There was a pay laundry in the garage, a large fridge, oven and microwave. The owner communicated check in PIN codes really well with What's Ap (good for OS guests).
  : A small effort to replace stained carpet, declutter, update and do some minor repairs would make this apartment excellent as the basic set up is really good. The complex itself is having work done following last years bad storms but the pool, spa area also needs a bit of updating as it was probably built in the 1990's? It is an expensive area to stay all in all so value for money has to reflect other prices in the area and the apartment is probably what you should expect in this price range.
