  : This "townhouse-like" condo has a spacious living room with open kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with bunk beds and a queen-sized bed, and adjacent bathroom. Downstairs, there's a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and spacious bathroom. Ample space for 6 people. Kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, kitchen implements. Dining room table is a good size. Attractive, quiet residential area. Columbine blooming outside. Conveniently near swimming pool, hot tub, and grocery store.
  : Unit has aged quite a bit inside. Internet didn't seem to work, but it wasn't clear what the password was. Instructions on refrigerator may have been outdated. Unit has a moth problem - they are everywhere. And the fan in the upstairs bathroom needs replacing due to the annoying sound it makes periodically. Lighting in the unit is spotty so it's not easy to read a book except in certain locations.
