  : Everything.. staff were AMAZING.. I informed them that we were there for the weekend for borthdyas and 15th anniversary and they surprised us with not only a bottle of bubbly but a fruit basket and chocolates for the kids. Super clean. Bed really comfy and staff attentive and very kind..smiling even after 12 hour shifts!! Breakfast was great! Cute kids station, Cava on Sundays ( hair of the dog maybe!) Or catering for the more German side( wonderful full English with cava. and Orange juice!) We only went for breakfast as we had a little kitchen and have super picky kids, dad who is constantly on Bikini operation and a mum, me, who is always "starting a diet next week" kids disco and club cool, activities fun but low key as Summer season just warming up.. lots of kids, families and just a bit of relax from it all!
  : Indoor pool was chilly.. well actually aOutdoors too! But I am cold even in summer! My son lasted all day, each hour in the pool and slides!

  : poor soundproofing- could hear snoring form next doorpool not open till 10 by which time full of children do impossible to swim properly gym poorly equipped and poorly maintained

  : Good value for money, lots of activities for kids, good buffet, family rooms with kitchen and needed equipment, nice location.
  : Sauna booking is very awkward: everyone thinks it is publicly open and wants to go in. Maybe it would be better to make it publicly open.Diary options in the buffet were limited.On some days, there was a very loud music from some neighbour bar downstairs.

  : Very much noice. Not islolated. You can here everything from outside. It feels like people outside is in our room. Noice from trafic.

  : The hotel is very good for a family with kids vacation as the hotel facilities have plenty of activities for the kids and slides and playground in the water for the kids.The room is very comfortable and the shows are great!
  : The restaurant times are rather short and gets crowded. Also its far from the attraction of Palma.
