Very Poor

: A very, very bad accommodation experience. Both for room facilities and hotel service, it was the worst I have experienced in decades of travel. And I paid for reservations from the 1st to the 21st for a total of 1900.7 Euros, an average of 95.035 Euros per day. But combined with our local experience, this bad hotel is only worth staying in if it's 20 euros a night and you have to be prepared to not care about the health and emotional risks. 1. This price is very high for the area. The hotel is eerie and scary and I never saw a single person during the first week. The front desk is always closed and there are no other guests and the hotel only provides small soaps and towels. There is a Rafa Nadal hotel about 15 minutes walk from this hotel, very, very friendly, 125 Euros per night including two breakfasts worth 24 euros, free GYM and a spa, and excellent accommodation and service, the hotel also has a restaurant as well as a cafe, very safe and friendly. I am posting a comparison here. A month's rental in this area costs around 700 euros, so don't stay here for either long or short-term rentals. 2. After a long journey, we arrived to find no reception at all and entered the narrow, one-person-at-a-time building door via the information code sent by the hotel, no elevator, into a dead-end hallway that opened to poorly equipped rooms. Because of Visa, I requested an early check-out on the other reservation (7th-21st) to the 15th and was refused by the owner as they had already deducted the 7th-21st completely on the 24th. I wished to call to communicate and he just hung up on me. I had to send a text message hoping he would understand but was met with a very strong refusal.
: 3. I stayed up almost all night because the blanket was probably not very clean, my skin was itchy and allergic and the air conditioning was very loud. I texted the next day to explain that I was threatened by the owner that everything was fine with them and that I was like this because I wanted to check out early and that he was going to consider calling the police. I was alone with my son and the owner was aware of this he hit on my fears of "safety" and I asked booking.com and looking for help but the booking was no any way to help at all. 4. After that we had mosquito bites, inexplicable shouting from outside the building, doors that didn't open properly, etc. We only stayed 2 nights out of our 2-week stay from 7-21 for safety and our health, which means we spent 21 nights but only stayed 9 and it was a very bad and unhappy stay. 5. We understood from the locals that this hotel is usually not occupied by a single person, we traveled from New Zealand because it was too far away, I booked it very early, not expecting it to be a nightmare in my decades of travel. I hope to tell you from my harrowing experience, never stay in this hotel unless it is 20 euros a night, too unaware that you have to trade your health and happiness for it. 6. Another small thing, on the booking instructions the hotel said it would clean every day, but when I asked for cleaning after I suffered the first day of allergies, they sent a message saying they would only clean 5 days a week. When I requested and discussed checking out early, they said to respect their policy, but when I asked for a cleaning they had their own reasoning.
