: Spacious room, basic interios, but nonetheless a great apartment to stay at. People running the are very friendly and helpfull. You do need a car, great beaches nearby like Cala Mendia and Cala Anguila. Would stay again.

: On the positive side, the unit was clean and the pool area is very nice. The location is great for exploring the island, as long as you have a car.Great large parking space, easy to find a spot.
: The front door has a wide gap.Poor kitchen utensils (no kettle, no place for draining dishes). The bathroom door is in need of replacement.Toilet seat loose and not correctly fastened.Small and unstable kitchen table.Would have appreciated two different kinds of pillows. One of the kitchen shelves is loose. No wifi inside the apartment.Extremely annoying to have garden work carried out with a leaf-blower every morning and throughout the day. Impossible to have a quiet breakfast, lunch or siesta, or to sit outside on the terrace.Quite noisy from the units next door and above, no sound-proofing.We had asked for a first or second floor but were given a ground floor unit, despite concerns of bugs (which later did come in to the apartment). In general need of renovations (old, worn, damaged).
