  : It was very quiet. I am not sure if I heard anyone on the floor besides the people we were traveling with. They cleaned our rooms every day which was totally unexpected. The Peachpit restaurant was excellent.

  : Our family stayed in three rooms, 201,202, and 204. All we beautiful, ell equipped and maintained.
  : One problem with all units: the HVAC would turn on at a high (noisy) speed for 5 minutes, reduced to medium for 5 minutes and low for 5 minutes then turn off for 5 minutes. Then there would be a tapping sound ( 47 taps) and the unit would turn on again. Could not set a steady speed for the fan or turn it off. Had losts of difficulty falling asleep.. This needs to be fixed if we are to return to the Inn. Also a nightlight in the bathroom would help. The wood threshold by the bathroom in room 202 is not attached to the floor and is a tripping hazard. We still L:OVE the Inn!

  : The heater blower came on and was so loud. It continued to wake us up from sleep. Also, the bed is too small. The shower pressure was poor.

  : Room was great, very clean. Felt like home. Loved the little town feel.
  : Parking, not enough. At one point on a Saturday evening there was no parking available. I had to park illegally and go back to my vehicle every 15 minutes or so and see if anyone from the restaurant had left so I could park where I was supposed to.

  : AC could not be controlled and was extremely noisy when working. Room overlooked parking lot and noisy, e.g. garbage pickup at 5:30 am. No one from hotel on site to report problems.

  : The rooms were beautiful! So clean and nice classic decor without being too pretentious, not to mention the extremely comfortable bed; once I hit the pillow, I slept like a rock!! Not by the water, but loved being in the heart of down town Manasquan where we could walk to all the local shops on Main St!
  : Besides not having a pool (which we knew ahead of time), the only place to lounge outside was our balcony. It would’ve been nice to have a dedicated spot on the ground floor to hang out except for the benches on the side walk
