  : Location was conveniently near other business.
  : Room dirty, dust built up, used bath cloth left from previous guest, no garbage can. Allowed other guests to party and play music all night

  : Very little. The staff there were nice. My gut tells me there were not enough of them however to run the property.
  : The first room we were placed in reeked of smoke. The couch cushions were ripped. The sheets were not changed as noted by food and hair on the sheet. The toilet was disgusting. The faucet in the kitchenette was easily shaken back and forth. There was no eyehole in the door, just some toilet paper shoved in the hole so people could not look in. I went to complain and we were moved to another room. The woman mentioned it was a housing authority handicapped room. We were able to bear with the the 2nd room as we could not find vacancies elsewhere. We did get clean sheets there and eventually some towels upon request. However the walls in the kitchenette had food and grease on them. The floors were sticky which turned my socks black. The tv was not hooked up and nobody came to help when requested. The blinds did not work. We ended up just buying some cleaning supplies ourselves to try to make it bearable. There were no toiletries. Lastly our first morning there we watched three cop cars begin a hug speed chase through the parking lot.

  : When I got to my first room the toilet was dirty , bathroom was disgusting the whole entire room was nasty , they moved me to another room , and it was the same I ended up going to the store getting Clorox spray to wipe it down myself because I felt so uncomfortable front desk wasn’t even attentive I was locked out my room .

  : the bathroom was messed up wouldn’t flush properly I had to ask for a plunger which u needed every time someone use the bathroom

  : The staff was super rude cursing at me over text messages when there number was posted on the door if help was needed
