  : Charged me for my stay on my credit card that was just supposed to be for hold. I was double charged and they refused to refund. Told me to get my money back from Booking.com instead

  : There was hair all over the shower from previous stay. Bath tub does not drain in room 118. Shower head is for a very short person not made for a tall person at all. Other guests were very loud outside of room in early hours of the morning.

  : There were boogers on the wall, the door was splitting and barely closed, we found a roach on the bed, the wallas were filthy and the door hinges for the bathroom were rusted

  : We let the property know we would be arriving super later/early in the morning and only be in for a few hours. Our reservation got canceled after we had paid for it

  : The only thing that was beneficial was how nice the front desk women were and how close the hotel was to Bonnaroo Music Festival (which is the reason I was in Manchester). Also, across the street is a Walmart, Dollar Tree, and a decent Mexican spot and other food locations, so getting supplies was super easy and walkable. There is a fridge and microwave which was nice as well.
  : I am not a picky person and rarely complain about accommodations since I can sleep on the floor of most places without any complaints. However, this room was gross- smelled like smoke and mold. Stains and cigarette holes on blankets and a large gap under the door that any critter could easily enter the room if wanted. Window curtains melted on the window- not a recent occurrence from the looks of it, and there has been no effort to clean it off the window. The shower curtain was so gross it was crusted shut and wouldn't even open. I wore flip-flops in the shower because I was not going in there barefoot. Ended up going to Walmart and the $1 store to buy my own sheets, shower curtain, and cleaning supplies in order to stay. If it wasn't for Bonnaroo, I would not have stayed there. Also, they skyrocketed the prices because of the music festival, and it was around $250 a night for an that's absolutely crazy for what was offered.

  : The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. There was coffee, some orange juice, some oatmeal and some one kind of cold cereal. I really expected something more.
