  : Beautiful place.
  : You arrive at the location to have to leave the location and check in at another location, which is on the way. It would be easier to tell you to stop at this other location beforehand. I was tired and it started to rain and we had to leave.There is air conditioning that does not cool, it only ventilates. I had to open the external door of the room, (which opened to the entrance area of the place, where people can circulate) at night because of the heat and I felt very uncomfortable.In the kitchen there was no wine opener, no pasta drainer, and other basic items.

  : ho the air conditioning was not working at first and then when we asked to have it turned on it did not work that well. There were millions of little red mites on the balcony, so many that using the balcony y was impossible

  : 10 minutes drive to cascate del mulino. Very nice restaurant. We booked dinner on the day we were supposed to arrive and it was very romantically prepared . The food was delicious with a very original menu.A negative point is that we only ordered and clearly stated one first course to share, and then had main courses and dessert.. but we were brought two of the same first course.. which we thought they just divided on two plates.. until we saw the check!Kind host, later (not very late) check-in in possible after kindly asking.
  : We were accommodated in a room in the reisdence although we booked in the aparments. They asked if we would like to stay there, and were told that the rooms were the same, only without kitchen. But our actuall booked room was also supposed to have a balcony and was looking more renovated than our actual room. We were not forced to change the rooms, but the information we were given was not correct and made us make the wrong decision. We couldn't change the room afterwards because they didn't show us the room up until after the dinner and the reception was already closed then.Also.... when we were leaving the next day, we were given the wrong check out invoice and the price for that same night for those people was 30% cheaper than what we paid!Up to that point we had a good experience and we had made peace with our not so good room.We felt really fooled and also seeing the first course situation in the restaurant we felt generally ripped off.

  : Knew ahead of time no soap so no problem. Apartment was large and well stocked and very clean. The farmhouse next door is beautiful but only has rooms.
  : No check in instructions but perhaps my fault.

  : The outside of the property was very nice and the food was good. Very nice.
  : Rooms had a funny smell and it was not clean as it should be. the lightning was poor. In the first room the sink in the bathroom was broken, it was flooding. In the other room the terrace door were broken.

  : The lane to the apartments is a stony path, very bumpy and uneven, It's a very uncomfortable ride when you have back/joint problemsIt would not be great for low cars
