  : We were there off season so everything was quiet as there were not many guests. The staff was really kind, understanding and accommodating.
  : The residence is a bit dated and there were quite a lot of signs of wear and tear. We had to purchase our own toilet paper and clean the room in order not to be charged the cleaning fees. This was the first time in my life I had to clean a hotel room myself. We were also asked a 200 deposit upon our arrival which was a major shock. Although we paid the city tax in full upon booking through booking.com, we were asked to pay it again on the spot before we could check in. The opening hours of their reception were really a pain and there and we were forced to go around the city hauling our luggage as there was no option to leave the bags at the premises. The wifi was more or less non-functioning. I would say if you are traveling on a budget it is a very good option as long as you are prepared for what awaits you.

  : The location was nice, with a river nearby and surrounded by pine trees. The restaurant was fine, the staff friendly and the food good.
  : I know the bed service is separate but, on arrival, it would have been nice to have the beds made. It would give us an incentive to get the daily service. It was not nice to arrive late, after being a bit lost looking for the place (the directions were lacking), and still having to make the beds.No small attentions like some filters and coffee. The apartment was old and in need of a refurbishment, also small. There was no place for 6 people to stay comfortably.The swimming pool looked very nice but opened at 9 am and closed at 7 pm so the hours are not the best.
