  : The location was excellent--close to everything of note in the area, yet far enough away from the touristy places. Todd is an excellent cook--perfect frittata, fluffy pancakes, excellent French toast. Todd also catered to my wife's somewhat picky and quirky requests (not always with a smile, but promptly). We loved being able to sit out on the front porch, and we had a private porch on the second floor; the yard was tranquil and spacious. The living room decor was very nice. We would certainly come back.
  : The rooms and bathrooms were quite small, because we had requested the adjoining rooms and that's what was available. The other rooms were more spacious, so we might request other rooms next time. Even though the rooms, and the house in general, were clean, our allergies were not happy; I suppose that any place that is older, with lots of knickknacks, old linens and furniture, etc., would cause some problems. We did ask for rooms with no feather pillows and comforters, and they had taken care of this before we arrived. In general, we were quite happy with the place.
