WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 3 per person per night when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Zapinvest will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that cleaning fees and bed linen fees will be charged upon reservation.

Between 10:00 and 14:00 and 16:00 and 18:00, keys are left in a safe at the office. There will be an envelope with the key, the plan, a welcome document and a satisfaction questionnaire.

The access code for the safe will be provided by email upon confirmation of booking.

Keys must be left in the same place upon departure.
