  : When we got back to our room at 1am we were getting into bed and to our surprise we found a few ants crawling on the pillows, not exactly what you want to see!!

  : Our room smelled like cigarette smoke even after being moved out of the first room for the same issue. The door to the room was not secure, as we could see out into the hallway the entire way around it and the upper latch was loose. The area surrounding the hotel felt run down.

  : Good evening. My name is Krystal Alexander, and i stayed in room 101 on July 11th with a check-in after 10 pm. and a check out of 11am. July 12th Unfortunately, there were multiple dirty things in the room The mat that allows for secure entrance into the shower is cracked and discolored with the potential to cut open our feet, which was also a cause of catching the portions of my feet and tripping me. We are disabled or need accommodations, which was concerning being immune compromised. I took photographs in the room as well to provide evidence of the cleaning that wasn't done upon my check-in. These pictures included old hair stuck on the shower walls and ceiling in the shower, mildew or mold building up on the shower that extended through. The bathroom door is especially concerning for cleanliness, with food particles and spots that are sticky. The toilet floor had old sediment dried next to it, which led me to not feel comfortable to be bare footed. The window slid completely open with no way to lock it, which led me to have a little anxiety, as i am a single woman in the room with no lock from potential sick people interning the room.Since I was more concerned about placing my energy into the wedding I was a part of, I did not want to address this upon check out and place any stresses upon the bride to be.I am an immune compromised nurse, and I just want the best safety and health for these people coming into your room.I am kindly asking for some type of compensation due to this issue. I do have pictures for you from your facility room I stayed in if you needed them for proof, as it only let me load 4 photos.
