  : Cooking facilities were available for use. Cleaning was available when requested. The place is 8 blocks from the HBF Train station; a block away from Tram station. It is well located from University of Mannheim.
  : No service personnel after office hours.

  : I like the studio. It was right at the heart of the city in a safe area. The studio was spacious with a kitchenette and cupboard spaces for clothes. For the same price a chain hotel would only be a tiny box. The bathroom was very nice with plenty of hot water. I appreciate the space to lay out my toiletries and a well lit bathroom. The bed and pillows were comfy. The air conditioning could not go down beyond 18deg so it was a bit warm.
  : I did not get the code to access my room key at the check in time although I was informed that I would obtain all the info before my arrival. I saw another person at the door also without the access code. This access procedure could be improved.

  : Temperature control was broken, the heating was running without pause day & night. The room had 25 at night and even more in the bathroom. If you tried lowering the temperature setting, the (very noisy) air condition would start in addition to the heating I complained on the first day via e-mail and a booking message as there is no person on-site to help, but never received an answer or help during my 5 stay of 5 days. Room is on the ground floor with a car park right in front of the window. The temperature control unit has a background light that can't be turned off making it impossible to have a dark room at night. The "kitchen" is hardly usable due to limited supplies and space

  : I liked just about everything else. It was very spacious, modern, private, and clean.
  : I didn't like the large German square pillows. For some reason i couldn't get used to them. I wish there was perhaps a selection of pillows or some other type of cushion.
