  : Dirty room, lousy service, pool area dirty, tiki bar closedown. Breakfast was horrible, sliding door on patio needs replacing. We expected more from what they advertised.

  : The bed, linen & pillows are all good quality and comfortable. The pool is amazing, warm, large, easy access in and out.We had a view of the marina which was very nice, balcony chairs are comfortable. Nice to walk down to the 'Pointe' to sit and watch the sunset, a couple of hammocks to relax in also.All but 1 staff I met were very pleasant.The Manager is fairly new to the hotel but came across as caring and wanting to do his best.
  : The room I had expected wasn't available, it took an hour to check in and I had to compromise on room choices. ( Next day, after speaking with the Manager, I was offered a small refund) which eased the situation. However this did not materialise despite the promises and intervention by Booking.com. Very disappointedI am not a fan of the breakfast box, prefer to choose what to eat from a buffet type situation.Housekeeping let the hotel down badly, during a 5 day stay, the beds were made once, dirty towels left in the tub, clean towels had to be requested.
