  : Location. Have stayed here many times before covid lockdown. Rooms are good, modern and clean.
  : We had issues with broken aircon unit. Was given a portable unit which was noisy and affect our sleep. This happened on the Saturday night and they couldnt move us to another room until a stern conversation with reception til the Monday morning. Then we had issues with our door not locking and having to call reception/maintenance to come and reset the electronic lock. Reception had a massive leak and we were several hours early evening when trying to shower after the beach without water. The new pool area is small and already showing signs of needing repairs to the tiles and could have done with a clean. So one to many niggles to deal with on a weeks holiday.

  : The cleaning or lack of cleaning in the rooms. Our room was very dirty and especially the kitchen and the bathroom and was not cleaned properly once during our stay. The build up of dirt in the shower, in the kitchen cabinets etc was disgusting. The aircon was a disaster and our unit ended up having to be glued so the smell for days was making us sick. There was a charge of 3e per day to use the safe, 2.50 per day per person for a beach towel and the coffee ms been in the room only could be used by buying capsules from reception at 50c per capsule. These are available on line for 20c. The pool has lovely sun beds but no umbrellas so could not use as it got quite hot during the day. There were ants in our bedroom as there was food under the bed from a previous guest that had not been cleaned. The towels are so old and used. Bins were not emptied in our rooms on some days.If we left washing up in the sink, it was never done. This place only has its location and nice reception staff as a positive. We paid 2850e for two weeks and it was so over priced. Im not sure why the management dont tackle the issues especially around cleaning as I felt so uncomfortable for our stay but as we paid in advance, we could not move to another place.When we checked out, there was just a night porter so could not speak to anyone. Ive also sent an email since and received no reply to date.
