  : No personel on site for check in etc, we had to call to check in. They told us the roomnr 3, key is on the inside of the door. Turns out somebody else was in our room already. So we had to call again for another room. But could freely choose if we didnt call because they are all left open. Don't know if thats normal but was strange to us... Restaurant wasn't open and breakfast was on the room and not before 8 o'clock. No exceptions. It was enough if you are not one that has a big breakfast but not for the price you pay.. 2 croissant, 2 pain chocolat, 2 slices of bread, 2 slices of cheese and some gelly and nutella... no meat, no eggs (boilt of baked). Fridge is off and when turned on doesn't cool down enough for cold storage ... They charge 20 for a small dog that they wouldn't even know was there if they didn't bring breakfast.. so i guess the other people with big dogs who left early for the show and didn't have breakfast are just lucky... We will not be returning and wouldn't recommend

  : Very disappointed. With great surprise we found out that there was no reception desk, the bar and the restaurant were permanently closed, the outside "sitting" area was totally abandoned, dirty and run down, and the inside of the establishment was dusty and dark. All in all, it gave the feeling and impression of an unwelcome haunted lodging, far from being a proper hotel. It is clear that the description in the information posted on this site is false and misleading. I had submited a formal complaint to the hotel and they never replied; very unprofessional and disrespectful. Next step will be to report the situation to the competent Belgian authorities.
