  : Francesca is a fabulous hostess! She is kind, eager to help and you can feel she does this with her whole heart! She also had great recommendations for the area which we really appreciated! The rooms furniture was very pretty and fitting to the Italian farmhouse style.
  : We can only speak for the bungalow and the grounds - not the main building.The property is beautiful but also very big. Unfortunately it is not as well looked after as it could be. There is a play area for kids. But most things were rotten or somehow broken. Also it is under the pine trees and the needles on the lawn are not raked. We pointed out that especially the slide was quite dangerous to play on and they fixed it quickly but in general it is not very well looked after. The bungalow is spacious but sadly it had mould in many places. We didnt open one of the cupboards in the kitchen the entire time because the smell was so bad. There is also mould in the bathroom and if you have the doors closed and the AC is not on the whole bungalow smells.Also by the bungalow there is no internet and only very little phone reception. You can go to the main building for better reception. Which is only inconvenient, not a huge problem, but I would have like to have known that during the booking process.Overall I think theyre trying their best but there are much better maintained Agriturismos in the same price range - so its a bit disappointing.

  : The Fattoria di Collemezzano is great!The flat and the whole complex is very nice, there is a lot of space, the pool is also wonderful. Francesca welcomed us very friendly, she is very sympathetic, interested and helpful and always there when you need her. We can only recommend this place!
  : The kitchen could be better equipped, but Francesca always helped very quickly when something was missing.
