WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

No parking available.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children up to and including 5 years old stay for € 15 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
People 6 years old and over stay for € 20 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Caposud Holiday Houses in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 5 per person or bring their own.
A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport.

Please note that fishing and diving come at a surcharge.

Please note that the room includes free electricity usage of 0.55 euro per kWh per day. Additional usage will be charged separately.
