  : Bed was not comfortable. Cigarette whole on the bedcovers. Breakfast only cereal,granola bar and coffee. Not a good location for family.

  : There's not a lot I can say that I liked about this place. The few things that I can say are it is conveniently located right next to interstate 40 (nothing else though). The outside of the building was decent looking (no signage though) and seemed semi maintained. The staff was always nice and polite.
  : As a disabled veteran I asked for a handicap room, and I was told none were available even though at no time during my 3 days there did I ever see another handicap vehicle parked on the property in any of the 4 handicap parking spaces. I asked if I could at least have a first-floor room and my room was downgraded from my original booking in order to get a first-floor room and I was still charged the same price. The room had not been properly cleaned in a while based on some the conditions, there was old toiletries' still in the shower, there were human hairs on the towels hanging in the bathroom, after 15 minutes of walking barefooted in the room my feet were black from the dirt on the carpet. The AC worked but sounded like a gas generator running during the night. I had to put ear buds in with music just to be able to sleep or suffer the heat of July. The pictures of this place are definitely older pictures and not recent or up to date. The housekeeper knocked on my room at about 8:30 am to clean. There is nothing that I saw the even indicated that this was a Super 8 Motel (no signage on building). Even though this place was not a good value for the money or a place I'd stay again, the staff was always nice and polite during my stay.

  : It was one of the worst stays I've had from the time I checked in very disrespectful owners I say that assuming the owners are running it all because they were the only two people I ever seen other than one housekeeper the next day and even she looked miserable
  : They were very rude and no type of comfort or good feeling towards us as guest. Usually hotels go above and beyond to satisfy the guest make them feel as comfortable as possible and meet their expectations as they can, not these people they had an attitude the minute we made sure our reservation was in because we used a third party app instead of their site, mind you the app cost me 79 a night verses their site costing 99 a night so who wouldn't and from then on they were rude didn't want to give us towels when I had 5 as the number staying and they have two towels in the room we were a little after checkout which is 11 due to a mistake mind you causing us to leave instead of stay another night and which they decide their keeping my 88 paid for the room that night because I checked out late and gave them solid towels $88 and yes it was more that night cause I reserved same day and cheapest I could find that day. Very angry and upset I have 3children and never have I ever felt so disrespected as well as robbed from a business such as hotel stays

  : There were bugs inside the room. I do not know official name but some people call them stink bugs, and I also saw a spider. The TV stand was very dusty also. There was a smell of smoke in the room which I had presumed was non-smoking. I would not choose to stay there again.
