  : Perfectly located opposite one of nicest beaches of the area, well equipped and maintained, great a/c and view from the balcony! A beautiful place.
  : We had the loft and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone taller than average. I bumped my head several times and my partner who is rather tall couldnt stand in most of the place. Also the toilet flush was a pain; definitely dont book this place when you have first started seeing someone- we were flushing 5-6 times before not pleasant to the eyes things were goneLast, it says breakfast included but this is just stuff in the fridge you can prepare yourself. For the price charged there wasnt any service really; ie any cooked breakfast or any cleaning (stayed for 4 nights). We wouldnt stay there again for that price.

  : the apartment was great, decorated, with all the amenities. the beach is in front.
  : they put some groceries in the fridge but this is not breakfast. we order a room with breakfast (we dont want to cook breakfast).

  : the location could not be better. steps from the sea and restaurants. the gardens were beautiful and well maintained. wonderful views from the lanai. having a washing machine was a bonus.

  : Everything was excellent. The host Diamanda was responsive, kind and took care of us throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms and a spacious living room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The breakfast was good. Right in front of the location is a very nice tavern, Sxara, with corect prices, I think the best in Sykia, where you can eat traditional Greek food, seafood, etc. Kyrios (Mr.) Spiros served us every time at the highest level, with the care of a father. He made us smile every time. We already miss their nice team - Mariana, Nikos, Stefanos... Below the tavern is the sea, 5 m away, with sunbeds and umbrellas free of charge, always clean and cared for by the tavern's team. Someday we will come back here with the greatest pleasure! We recommend Diamante Beachfront Suites with confidence!

  : Great location and overall good value but the living room (where we had an extra bed has no AC and was just too hot for anyone to use much less sleep in in the summer. To make these apartments really sleep 5 there has to be AC.
  : No AC in the living room sofa bed area.
