  : It was in a good location close to the port and restaurants. It did have a lift. The place was clean and everything you needed. Thanks
  : It had a lift that decided not to work sometimes we were on the 5 th floor and we had an issue with one of the codes and couldnt get in we did contact someone on booking.com and was given the information after 45 mins sitting outside.

  : We did advise in advance that we were a couple in our seventies who would be spending our evenings indoorsNo comfortable chairs No dining table and chairsProperty was not clean1 wine glass between 2No corkscrew for our evening holiday bottle of wineNot even any teaspoons ( you tend to take these for granted - till such times as you dont have them- measures for coffee / medications etc

  : Really comfortable apartment, quiet and light. Plenty of space. Brilliant aircon. Bathtub as well as shower in our one. Nice view out over that part of Marseille, central location. Ground level noise from the square not audible.
  : Arrival arrangements were not brilliant - the texted instructions on how to access the apartment block via a keypad and then a second locked door were ambiguous due to typos; probably a one-off though. The plug in the washbasin was stuck clicked-shut, and the plug for the bath didn't provide a seal. Because of slow response I bought new plugs, and left a universal plug for the next guests when we left. A word of warning: if you are arriving with heavy suitcases the Metro stations in Vieux Port (nearest to Les Cocons) don't have lifts, and no down-escalators either on several flights, so you need to be reasonably fit if you arrive by Metro! Or tricky if you need to use a wheelchair. Also, the apartment is one floor above the top floor accessible by the lift, so there is a flight of stairs to negotiate.

  : The location was great and the staff were great..
  : The only complaint would be is the bathroom is horrible.. you cannot stand in the shower because you'll hit your head on the beam and slant of the wall, the door hits the toilet, very poor layout.. very tight space in the bathroom..

  : Top floor so the view is excellent. Small but cosy..Clean and tidy. Good communication.Nice apartment. Ideal for location and vieux port.Good connections.
  : Shower door missing, so floor gets saturated. Homeless man got into tge block and was found sleeping on the stairwell.People leaving the security doors open.

  : We went during the World Cup so prices were spike but we paid far too much for what the studio was worth.They gave us two small towels for 5 nights, which we thought was very stingy.The bathroom also had an awful drainage smell everyday.Overall we wouldnt recommend staying here for the price we paid
