  : The apartment was spacious and fully equipped. It was situated close to the Fort Saint Jean and had nice view from the windows. The staff was kind and helpful.
  : I would suggest a renovation for the apartment, because some furniture and equipment were in bad condition, eg stained bathroom accessories. After midnight there is a lot of noise from people gathered at the fortress making difficult to sleep with open windows. Air condition or at least a fan, which are now missing, are necessary during summer.

  : Only 2 very soft pillows were provided between the 2 of us. I need a thick pillow to be able to sleep. I had to fold a towel under the pillow to make it thicker. We asked for more pillows, our request was declined; how poor is that. We stayed previously in the new year in another studio run by Cocoonr and it was the same, only 2 pillows were provided. Also, only 3 towels were made available between the 2 of us. Last, the internet TV did not work, we asked for someone to sort it out by email and by phone. A reply came the following day that someone would come to fix it. That someone never came. We stayed there for 5 days with television. Stay away from Cocoonr as you will be abandoned if you need anything or require assistance, no one will assist you. The person that handovers the keys will say it is not their job. We had that experience. How much does it cost to provide 2 extra pillows and some more towels? The service is deplorable.

  : The wifi didnt work for the whole duration of our stay, we did notify the host and the company but nothing ended up happening. We ended up having to pay for extra money for mobile data roaming which is a shame
