Disappointing

: The main building and the breakfast facilities look very nice and charming
: However, we were placed in a separate building, which they call the "Palazzo", which was terribly disappointing. The place has potential, but it is way too big, with random and dispersed furniture, not feeling homely at all. Also, due to the size of the room (huge, not in a nice way), it is impossible to clean properly, so we had to use flipflops because our feet were getting black of dust. Terribly disappointing. If you are going, just make sure to stay in the MAIN BUILDING, which looks very nice and charming and well decorated - this extra "Palazzo" is a never again for us.

: Forthcoming and very friendly staff.Lovely rooms - well actually we had a duplex with a little kitchen and the bedroom on the second floor. You can't overstate how gorgeous the historical setting of these rooms are stone walls, wooden window frames...The bathroom was clearly recently renovated but the modern amenities were perfectly embedded in the historical setting.The small Terass on the porch.Perfectly located in the pedestrian part of town with free parking quite easily found in the town.Good location to visit Lecce, Gallipoli an the beaches around Leuca.
: High season pricing of about 180 was a little much.Beware of the church bells: they only sound once in the morning but it is quite loud.
