: A super modern villa, very clean and spacious rooms with large double beds, a fully equipped kitchen corner, a functioning and fast WiFi, superb breakfast options, super kind staff, free parking right next to the building. The location is very good in terms of the distance to the city center (although see one gripe under negatives). Overall a very nice property to stay in, with breakfast included (although not directly at the property). Would definitely recommend.
: The villa is located right next to a busy main road, with lots of traffic (buses and other heavy vehicles) running by even at night, so if you are a light sleeper, the noise might take some getting used to. Also, the A/C unit tends to be on the noisy side, as is the mini fridge (which we always had to turn off for the night). The super modern giant windows face the main road, so you are either exposed to the whole world outside (especially at night) or have to keep the blinds down and drapes closed all the time. The villa is part of another hotel facility about a kilometre away, which is where you have to go to get breakfast (which is, however, well worth it). Overall a very enjoyable stay, with only minor complaints. Thank you!

: we were put in a different place, but the flat we had was quite good overall, parking and it was close to town centre which was the only real bonus. Breakfast and service during breakfast was good.
: this review is NOT for Villa Ladoven as on check in we were given Villa Central instead, and infact a ground floor apartment and not the whole villa as we were supposed to have with Villa Ladoven - hence the lower rating. The owner should really let us well prior to our arrival that our chosen property is no longer available and offer us an upgrade or option to cancel our reservation - leaving it to inform us at check in is not good at all. Also form what was supposed to be a 124m2 whole property , we ended up in a flat which was much smaller, albeit same capacity - I feel we should have been offered a discount/upgrade, as we were infact downgraded. The person giving me the key said the property is exactly the same as the one booked but this was clearly not the case - very disappointing - and it meant we have a 5 minute drive to come to breakfast.
