  : Nice set up - free shuttle to the beach every morning. Taxi is also cheap if you miss the shuttle . Rooms were cleaned every day. There are lots of different swimming pools and lots of entertainment for guests. Buffet has lots of choice - some food nice but the wine is not very nice. Theres a shop a few minutes walk so you can buy nicer wine so no big deal.
  : The rooms could do with a bit of paint, it felt a bit like 3 star rather 4 star. Overall good value for money.

  : There were a few members of staff that were friendly and helpful, the place seemed clean and tidy It was a short walk to holiday world which was a fab little afternoon out!
  : The food was a bit of a let down, I don't expect alot from an all inclusive, and there were some evenings that it was fine but it was mostly very bland. The breakfast was not great.The soft drinks machines would often run out and we were told there would be no more of a certain beverage for the rest of the day. Some of the staff were really rude, it seemed like having guests at the hotel was a massive inconvenience to them, There was a decent entertainment programme but most of the entertainers seemed bored, really unenthusiastic and not very interested in getting to know the guestsThe general service of the hotel we felt was quite poor and we had expected more for what we had paid.

  : The rooms were fine. Pool temperature was good.
  : The fake grass everywhere got waterlogged and didnt create a very nice feeling underfoot. Maybe a few rows of tiles around the pools would have been better.Sun loungers were reserved very early each day, but when we tried putting our towels out to reserve our own other guests simply threw them to the side or took the towels for themselves. The restaurant was very small considering the number of guests. Food ran out quickly so multiple trips were required back and forth when food trays were replenished. Limited choice of food, but it tasted ok.There was just one bar open in the evening with a long queue. Often only one person serving only a small selection of drinks. The sports bar never showed any sports and didnt smell very nice and shared the same bar as the pool bar. Clean glasses were placed on cloths in the restaurant so guests could help themselves, but the cloths were not washed and smelled sour so the glasses did too. Cocktails were premixed chemicals added to local spirits.Evening entertainment was appalling. Very untalented reps who couldnt sing or mime. Very limited English, which can be expected when travelling abroad, but when the hotel advertises English entertainment then then should be able to deliver upon it.
