  : The location is great if you want somewhere quieter and out of the way of the usual tourist spots. A car is a must as leaving the resort would be far too difficult without. The landscaping around the gated complex (with 24hr security - a nice addition!) is beautiful and looks simply stunning during sunrise and sunset. The villa itself is fairly secure and private, with ample space both inside and outside the property. The addition of a garage (which can be used for securely storing a vehicle and isn't mentioned in the listing) was a nice touch as it meant the car was kept in the cool shade when not in use, rather than being parked on the street. The pool was cleaned by two very courteous attendants on two occasions during our stay and they kept both the pool and the garden areas looking perfect. The villa doesn't feel overlooked at all and occupies quite a prominent position in the Tabaibas collection of villas. Being so prominent and yet so private was quite a unique set of characteristics and made this villa stand out for me compared to other places I have stayed.
  : The place isn't 100% perfect, despite it ticking so many boxes. First off, the kitchen is fairly small and can quickly become cramped if cooking a proper meal. The sofa is extremely low down and is difficult to get up and down on. It is fairly comfortable once you're on it though. There isn't much in the way of "accent" lighting in the main living room. A couple of side lamps would work wonders in this space! Cockroaches can be an issue at night - nothing out of the ordinary but something to be mindful of if you have phobias etc. There is also a family of stray cats living in and around the villa grounds (at least 3 adults and 2 kittens). Whilst they didn't bother us during our stay (they maintained a respectful distance), we did find cat excrement in the garage on one occasion. Another slightly more concerning issue was that on our second to last day at the villa, we came back in the afternoon to find some items had gone missing from the outside porch. They weren't anything particularly valuable, but they were also items that couldn't have accidentally blown away or been carried away by a cat, for example. When we left the villa on our last day, having fully scoured the property for the missing items, we were 100% certain that someone must have taken them. Given that the property appears to be secure and not overlooked by any other property, it was quite unnerving to think someone had been on the grounds without our knowledge. Even now we are still puzzled as to how they managed to get access. Regardless, this didn't spoil our visit and once we knew the property wasn't as secure as what we first thought, we made sure nothing of value was left outside. Please bear this in mind if you stay here.

  : really nice villa with spacious outside covered patio. nice garden overlooking golf course in quiet guarded residential area. great facilities and comfy stay. well catered for family with children. good location in between beautiful towns and short easy journey to shops and airport. nice restaurant just down the road on golf course.
  : could have done with a splash of paint as some areas looked a little tired. kitchen quite small and awkward but not a huge issue. whilst we asked and payed for pool to be heated it did still seem very cold and only slightly warm sporadically. it also got continuously dirty due to the wind blowing dirt in however this is not really the fault of the owner as someone did come and clean it halfway through the stay.
