  : It's a Buitiful location with nice swimming pools. Various activities are available like tennis, table tennis, etc. Good restaurant and pizzeria. Large free parking. Friendly stuff.
  : The room was much worse than we expected (compared to the photos). It was lower than the ground floor a bit. Bed it very short. So if you are 1.8m or higher it might be a problem for you.The bathroom is horrible and needs complete renovation.No WiFi in the room. Quite good connection in the restaurant or reception. Only Italian sockets in the room.

  : The location and pool + staff in pool were really nice. As we were leaving early in the morning we got a goodiebag with breakfast to go.
  : We stayed in Room 682 and the placement of the toilet is weird. I also think small things could be done to make the apartment more comfortable and trendy. I think the staff at Osteria is a mixed experience. Location is nice but staff were very confused, and the two times we ate, we did not eat the main course at the same time as it was not served at one time. I think less is more. Focus on the fitness Room and scale it up so it feels like a fitness to enter. Is sauna etc needed - it just come across a bit cheap.

  : No Wifi, no Air conditioning, apartment was totally outdated and not clean. You have to clean all apartment before going out or they will charge you a cleaning fee.

  : The property is in a nice are, surrounded by beautiful stone houses , park and surrounding is really nice. Fresh air in the morning. That part we have enjoyed.
  : 1: firstly, the rooms have no Air Conditioning at all which in summer heat is a must - otherwise you sweat constantly and can't sleep. 2: Yes, we had wooden window blinds but those were pretty much useless as when opened, mosquitos fly in and try to squeeze as much blood out of you as possible. We couldn't simply keep them open for that reason and had to close them This property should at least invest in mosquito blinds if not AC. That would help a lot as the air outside was very refreshing during the night. 3: No Wi-Fi at the property, unless we walked to the main reception area. Again, I recommend the property to invest in routers or Wi-Fi extenders a little. Will go a long way and provide better experience to their clients! 4: there was no pool bar at the pools. At least something basic they should have there. At least some drinks, coffee, etc.... . If not managed by personnel, then at least a vending machine or something. Not everyone wants to walk from the pool to the main restaurant. You simply want to enjoy the pool , watch your kids and having a coffee or drink.... 5: Worst was the amount of ants we had. The most were in the bathroom , kitchen . But they spread all over the rooms. Very small and quick. Tried to catch them , but didn't help. We just gave up. I can share a photo or video if needed. 6: rooms were not clean. The kitchen was dirty. From a very dirty cooker top and the are around them on the worktop and the cupboards were dirty inside with some left overs which looked like somebody did some work/fix on them , drilled something, but left the dirt there, not caring about it.

  : Pian dei Mucini is a perfect place for families. Everything was very good, staff helpful. Great location with swimmingpools and restaurant with picturesque views. I cant wait to visit again.
  : The bathrooms need refurbishment, they are uncomfortable and have an outdated design. Otherwise, the rating would be 10/10.

  : We loved the location, the inside gardens, and mostly the pool. The apartment was nice, with a beautiful porch. I would have to disagree with many reviews about outdated rooms. Yes, the rooms are not new, but the apartment we had, was clean, spacious, and the shower is small but had no issues.
  : The food at the restaurant is good but I found it too expensive for the value, also the WiFi needs some booster. It worked only outside on the porch in one corner.
