: Great location, very good food and friendly staff. We got a quite spacious room with a beautiful view over the mountains. Nice swimming pool, perfect to recover after a day on the mountains.

: Location, Mountain View from balcony, proximity to the cabin lift, extra kind and helpful staff, proper wellness area, variety of activities organized by the hotel group, underground parking included in the price, option for half-board (probably worth it), cute morning newspaper providing useful information for the day.
: No fridge in the room, plastic chairs on the balcony that are a shame for the magnificent view, uncomfortable cushions, mattresses could be harder.

: We LOVED our stay at this hotel. The staff was so well trained, so polite and nice, we really appreciated their hard work and professionalism! The location is STUNNING! The hotel is very well located and the facilities are great.The food.. OMG! One of the best culinary experiences weve had so far.
: One of the things we were a bit dissapointed with was the room/bathrooms confort. I believe it could use some upgrade in terms of furniture/appliances and cleaning as well.Right before checking out, Ive noticed a bug (it looked like a bed bug) on the curtain.Another thing, was the water temperature in the swimming pool (the kids and family one), which was quite low for our 7 months old baby to enjoy it. We really hope these aspects will be improved soon as we plan on going back there next year.
