  : A fabulous holiday for the family, it is a wonderful place to stay. We all really enjoyed it. Mastichari is a great spot for families, with some lovely resturants and bars. The house was just what we wanted. The pool area and loungers were fabulous, big hit with the family. Kitchen well equiped. The host Kenny was amazing, brought fresh fruit, veg and eggs and a wonderful greek meal during our stay.

Disappointing

  : The bed was comfortable and the lounge was large. The host - Kenny tried to be kind and bought us a bottle of red and white wine and coals for the barbecue.
  : It is overpriced for what you get. The property does NOT have a washing machine, tumble dryer, lake view or mini bar as it states in the information. They didnt even have a hairdryer until I asked for one. It was of poor quality both with furnishings and crockery. There was no grass in the outside area was by no means finished. Chairs were broken outside too and the bikes looked unsafe. We were so disappointed as this was supposed to be a treat to ourselves and the photos do not depict what you get. It looks like any old mish mash of stuff has been thrown in the drawers and no thought has been given to the standards you would expect for the money you are paying. There was no soap in the soap dispenser or water in the fridge which in a country like Greece is a given. There were left over confetti from party poppers both inside and outside and the cleaning was very dubious. Photos show the standard and not the rooms. I would not recommend or stay here again. I feel the agents are marketing something that is not there. Really, really unhappy. We have stayed in 5 other properties on different Greek islands on this trip. Properties out classed this and significantly cheaper.
