  : The property is set over 3 floors with the bathroom on the top floor. The location to the local town ( Cromford ) is brilliant and within walking distance to a few restaurants and cafes, plus a fish and chips take away. Close to matlock too. Nice welcome pack. The beds were comfortable and medium to soft. Small and cosy.The TV looks small, but it pulls out on a bracket so that everyone can see it easily. Sadly it's not a smart TV !!! An open fire available to use which is helpful., and very homely.
  : The parking is horrific. There is a space outside but it's boxed in by both neighbours. Getting a larger car in there is impossible and my insignia wouldn't fit.I then had to park across the road. The road is 40mph and people speed through right next to the front door. A bit tricky opening the door with animals or children as it opens onto the road directly. The back garden is VERY steep, and I found climbing Mam Tor easier. Don't bother going out there unless you have to, and certainly not in the dark. Stairs in the house, again very steep, so you'll need to be agile to manage these. There's a rope to assist, but the stair entrance is at a curve, and they're not the easiest to manoeuvre.
