  : On arrival the keys were in the door, not in the key safe. It took us hours to work out we had to plug a metal thing into the wall which was on the keys in order for the electric to work. The pool was dirty upon arrival and throughout our stay, the pump system is very poor. On our stay we were burgled as we now know the property was not secure upon arrival and cannot be fully secured (some windows do not lock even when locked, all of the windows in the property were unlocked, not by us) but we were burgled and have had five days of our holiday stolen from us dealing with the police and the aftermath. We were accused by the owner of leaving things open which is false, we locked everything we thought had to be locked and presumed (stupidly in hindsight) that the property was secure upon arrival, it was the fact that all of the blinds were pulled down covering the windows I suppose that fooled us... but never again. The villa is in a nice location and in a row of four but you can tell that the fourth (this villa) is the one which gets the cast offs and least amount of care.

  : Unable to use the swimming pool & outdoor facilities because of rodents and mice. We even found a mouse in the pool

  : The house is big, pool is a good size too. beds were comfortable and i had everything i needed in the kitchen as well.
  : The animals around the pool were a real problem, i had about 3 lizards in the pool while i was there, a lot of bugs and other kinds of crawlers too. It is noted when you book but for me personally it was a game changer to see that many lizards during the whole stay.
