  : I love the WorldMark McCall and the staff is among the friendliest and most helpful hotel staff I have ever experienced. My beef is that the hotel was recently updated but there was no information about this on the website. We are highly sensitive to chemicals and were put in a room that only a week ago had new paint, new furniture, new carpet and new mattresses. I know that sounds like a good thing, and it could have been if they had selected low chemical/less toxic products which are readily available these days. Even running an air filter and with all of the windows open I barely slept, my son is covered in eczema and we all had sore throats and headaches. The staff was very gracious and tried to help but there was nowhere to move us to. If we didn't live 9 hours away, we would have turned around and gone home. It was that bad.
