  : - clean rooms- good location (only a few minutes walking to all major sights)
  : - JGA/Stag groups: the property doesnt seem to have live in staff, and although we thought wed be safe booking a property with such a limited number of rooms, we were woken up twice by two different groups coming back in. Once at 01:30 by a group who whistled and chatted for thirty minutes outside our door (the soundproofing is NON EXISTENT) and then again at 02:40 by a group who were staying above us. There is nothing in the info sent before hand and nothing hung up in the corridor asking people to respect quiet hours, meaning a very bad nights sleep. - We were in room 3, and the other room on the floor (2) has a bathroom in the corridor instead of the room. This means that every time someone used the bathroom you heard the door opening and closing, and the beeping pin pad used to let them back in. Better soundproofing is needed for that room!

  : Perfect location, clean and comfortably rooms. The systeem they use works really well. No staff around, no roomkey or card, but a system with a code which works really well. Still you feel very welcome.

  : Cleaniness and the fact thar nobody needed to wait for me. It was very independent
  : Bathroom was external but we already knew that. And the bedcover didn't have a cover on it. Small details that make a difference.

  : Good location in walking distance from train and center and safe. The access worked well. Clean and well organised.
  : The heater wasnt working well I tried to increase the temperature at night not with success. The bathroom especially the shower room was very cold
