  : Staff excellent but looked like the hotel was stffed by students, not that we have anything against students but gave the property a budget feel.
  : Breakfast provided was the worst we have experienced from this group, we use Hyatt place Amsterdam fairly often and there is no comparison whatsoever in quality and availability of food. The photos of the high level patio are misleading, we found no bar on the upper level and the space adjoining the large patio appears to be a featurless events room, we loved the photos on Booking.com of this area but can only presume the photos were taken during an event in this eevents room and not the case for individual travellers. The main bar did not open to 3pm each day and so in the heat wave we experienced in the time we were there we had no access to drinks from the bar, again, disappointing
