  : Be warned!!!! Really disappointing stay. When you book via Booking.comanother company emails you to ask you to email them a copy of your idand Credit Card. I refused as my card has been used fraudulently twicein a year as I travel so much. I sent an email to explain. When Iarrived the hotel reception staff we totally dismissive, rude andunhelpful and said it wasn't their apartment I had to deal with anoutside company!!! We could not get the code for the door to theapartment until we called the company who sub-lets the facility. When wegot into the apartment, not bed sheets, towels and we were told we hadto pre-book these!!!! Really, really unhappy that Booking.com allowsthis to occur, its very misleading!!!

  : Property was warm and there was always hot water.
  : The property could be quite nice but needs some serious attention. Issues we had were as follows: - Back bedroom does not have any window or any other ventilation other than the door to the room. - Bedlinen had to be ordered and paid for separately. - Not enough electric sockets. There are only two for the kitchen and as the appliance leads were not long enough we had to stack them all on top of each other. - Two light bulbs were not working. - There was a ski locker in the basement but no keys provided to use it. - Five of the plastic dining chairs were cracked up the middle. - There are no hooks in the bathroom for towels. - The device securing the shower head does not work. - There is a small kitchen sink with no draining board and there were no tea-towels supplied to dry. - The coat rack was in two sections (although we fixed that).

  : Great value for money, close to Le Jaillet lifts. Gorgeous view out from the balcony. Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Close to CarreFour, a good patisserie called Pains Bio and a good Italian restaurant. A comfortable walk into Megeve town.
  : Unable to store backpacks after the checkout however we were able to find some lockers at Le Jaillet. Missing some dishwashing liquid.

  : The apartment was far from clean and sewer smell coming trough the sink. The kitchen crockery was incomplete for a normal use of the kitchen and not clean.

  : location very good. Have stayed before and all was ok., just after the new refurbishment. But this time, it was dirty.
  : dirty, on arrival all plates and cutlery had to be cleaned as somebody put away in cupboard dirty. dirty shower, dirty mattress cover. smelly cushions on sofa. Very bad, no cleaning with respect to covid.
