  : The thought of a good night sleep
  : Room smells like a bad odor and it greets you when you walk in the back door. Changed rooms/wasn't sure if returning was an option. Second room smelled like first. Bed in double room hadn't been changed from whoever was in the night before. Staff was confrontational when told, no manager on duty for the time and didn't know when she would return some day in the next week. Phone didn't work in room and said it wasn't just ours several in the hotel didn't work. Thermostat did not work first night was chilly enough for heat so slept in clothes with sweater on. Very very small area for pets. High traffic area people coming and going in cars. Dangerous for pet and person. Pets big and small make iit hard to get in and out of same door. Trash and debris in the area where designated. Staff needs some personality skills. Not to argue but were absolutely rude. They should accommodate the guests especially paying such high rates. Al'so not to chew food or eat when talking with a guests.
