  : I enjoyed the view from the apartment and the location .
  : I was not pleased with the uncomfortable bed. Prior to disinfecting the apartment there was hair in the shower, food in the microwave and in the sink .

  : I liked the view.
  : I couldn't take a hot bath until my last night due to no hit water in the bathroom. I had to carry hot water from the kitchen sink to the tub on the first night. The bathroom sink was stopped up and the pipes underneath were leaking as well as the tub. This caused the foots in the bathroom to stay wet and dangerous There were gnats in the apartment. I was nit able to get any work done because wifi couldn't be connected..... The vacation wathes more work than Work!I feel that I should definitely have been offer a free day or something off of my stay. Seeing that I paid for services that were not received.

  : The best part was the view.
  : The air conditioning did not work. Plumbing for the shower is not right. Electrical wires hanging out of the walls. We left after the first night because we complained about the AC upon arrival and nothing was done. Room was on the 10th floor, night was uncomfortable, would have been impossible conditions during the day with outside temps in the 70’s. Only two bath towels for two people staying 3 nights. No outside seating on the balcony to sit outside and enjoy the view.

  : Location is great. The view is very nice. Trolley near by was very convenient.
  : Paint over spray all over bathroom. Cheap linens. Noise from train whistles and airplanes during the night and light from plastic slat drapes makes it very difficult to sleep not to mention the fridge that clanks and knocks. No liners in trash cans. Hair on clean towel that was replaced with a wash cloth. No dish rag or drying towels or dishwasher soap. No plugs for kitchen, bath or tub. Silverware drawer falls out when opened. No ice cube tray or container for water. Floor in bath is buckled.

  : How close the room was from Beale street.
  : The first room was not clean and were switched to another room that was a bit more clean. There were a lot of homeless people wandering around outside the building, which made it a bit uncomfortable putting in the door code and walking into the building.
