  : On the plus side the beds were comfy and made up very nicely. The bathroom was spotless. Wifi worked well.
  : There was a bad smell in the kitchen / ground floor - seemed damp. Electrical sockets were ancient and generally the property looks like it needs investment. Not really suitable for the elderly due to steep steps.

  : Its location and proportions. A family of 6 adults - we all managed to get along without any real compromise. An en-suite up stairs (top floor) would of been a bonus. We all slept well which is the most important aspect for us . The actual house is stunning and one can imagine it decades ago. Original features where lovely.
  : The pictures make it look quite luxurious and top quality but the reality is different . Everything is functional but you notice straight away that its not what you expected. The shower doors dont meet exactly and my husband had to fix the shower heads. All trivial really and its all about expectations - maybe Im getting fussy in my old age.

  : Maintenance issues that needed to be fixed and missing spindles on staircase making it unsafe for all especially a young child
