  : Staff was great, kind, helpful. Overall the place is in good conditions. Not in the center but a short walk 15mins.
  : The pool not working in days with an average of 30C is a waste, but they do explain in the reservation that the pool is seasonal.

  : In this case, I was just content to have a bed where to lay down and a roof on my head for a night, to be honest. Having the possibility to use the kitchen was a good extra.
  : I don't know where to start from really. The floor in the room, especially in the bathroom, was full of hair. There were stains and few hair on the blankets as well, although less than on the floor. We didn't say anything because we didn't want to interact any longer with the receptionist guy, explanation of this follows now. The receptionist guy struggled to record our ID details on the computer: I normally wouldn't complain for this, everyone can have issues with things, but when you want to start exploring the city as your time is limited you don't want someone to "waste your time": it took him an hour to understand that I'm from country X (the one of my passport) but I live in country Y, and I was thinking "Does he not know there are people in this world from different countries living in other countries and having passports of another country as well!?". I repeated this thing 3 times. And he was still recording the details on the system wrong (I was checking and correcting him), and spelling my partner's name wrong as well, making mistakes with our addresses multiple times, etc. After the check-in, he showed us the room and "explained" how that special shower worked: he honestly didn't explain anything as we had to figure that out ourselves (and I thought the shower could have been the best part of the stay... I was wrong). Then later on, I went in the kitchen to use some plates and in order for him to help me (although I was already doing it myself) he opened the drawer where the plates were and he squeezed my fingers, as I had my hand there and he saw it! He apologised, but the whole situation honestly looked as if we were in a Mr Bean movie! My bf and I had a laugh at this eventually (and - if you're reading it - we thank you for this!) but in that moment it was quite maddening!
