  : So, the basic concept of Extended Stay America is that it's a regular hotel room, with a kitchenette, which makes longer term stays more comfortable and economical. I wasn't a long term guest but it is nice to have a bigger and more powerful fridge. This room was in good condition and looked to have been recently renovated. It was clean. Bed was fine. Shower was a little lukewarm but adequate. The rate was good value. I asked for a quiet room and got one. Staff were nice enough. There are some sketchy people around this interchange, but I personally didn't have any problems. The breakfast was VERY basic (coffee and granola bar) but it got the job done. Hey, if you put the cocoa mix and creamer in your coffee, you've got a free mocha latte, baby!
  : You can tell the hotel has been there a while in certain areas, like the door handles were a little beat up; as a whole the facilities were in good condition though. And yeah, if you want a blinged out free breakfast this is not really the place.

  : The table only had 1 chair, wasn't able to eat together, really needed an oven on stove ,had to go get clean linen,and Towels and change bed myself.

  : First, I booked a room for my family, me and two daughters. When I got in the room, I found out that it only has one bed. When I asked if they have two beds options, they said no! If they only have one bed, why didn’t they tell me? Then I asked to add a folding bed, I was told I need to pay extra to get it. 2nd, it is an extended stay hotel, cooking utensils should be included in the room, but they offered a “ customize your kitchen” feature, guest has to ask the front desk what the guests need—another added layer of “no service”. Then when guests need extra towels, guest have to use the existing ones to “exchange” new ones! Then in the room, there is not a coffee machine in the room. The appliance is even less than motel 6 or other budget hotels. This hotel doesn’t even meet a minimum equipped hotel I’ve ever used in my whole life! By the way, I’m 58 and stayed in enough number of hotels/motels. This one is the worst!!!Not in my lifetime will I ever to stay in the hotel chain again
