  : Worst hotel experience ever for a simple reason ; I was unable to reach my room for the night.After 20h00, there is no staff in the lobby to register you, so you have to register yourself with a machine, which is fine, I was aware of that.You need to insert a key card, well, here is the problem, there was no card in the little pocket where there are supposed to be! Not a single one.So I call the phone number on the lobby door for after hours support, and as per the sheet, someone was supposed to be on duty.But I end up talking to a 3rd party person that could only tell me that someone is gonna call me back soon.I wait 20 mins then called back, but still, the same 3rd party agency that could not help and only keep telling me someone would call me back.I keep waiting a couple of minutes, but it was 21h30 and I was tired and decide to book another place.I recall the day after on business hours and the residence girl tell me she could not help because the manager wasnt on duty.So he would call me back when it return to work.We are now 10 days later and I am still waiting for the phone call...What a crap service, I lost a lot of money.So please make sure that if anything goes wrong with your stay, you wont get any help.
