  : I'll try to describe my experience as objectively as possible, with only one comment in closing. Let me also state that we booked here as it was almost the last option left. The structure is extremely basic, comfortable and large beds (with topper), very small bathroom. But it was ok. Our room was on the first floor; comparing with other guests the ones in the basement are much worse.
  : Reception and communication depend on who you are: the language barrier is total in the case of the blonde lady. We found hair on the tray with the cups and in the drawers of the wardrobe. When we turned on the AC before going to sleep, a live cockroach fell from the system and we were forced to look for and kill it: as a result we preferred not to use the AC, but slept with the shutters closed: little air passed through and the outside noises were frequent. The second day the room was not cleaned. I strongly advise the owners of Selini Studios to invest all the money they earn in a complete renovation of the structure, creating a staff that really knows what it means to clean. I advise customers to book elsewhere: if you want to sleep in Koufunissia, book early or if availability is low, always prefer to spend even 100 more. It's worth it.

  : The host obligated to pay cash, and he didn't give a receipt. He said me that the receipt would have been sent by email but it never arrived! I protested with Booking.com, and I gave my email to the host, but after more than one month I never received the receipt. Paying CASH without receiving a receipt is totally ILLEGAL, in Greece as in any country in Europe, and Booking.com cannot accept this kind of practice.
