  : The breakfast had a very large and high-quality offer, the location of the hotel is beautiful, next to the lake.
  : The hotel staff is not up to par. When we were checking in, some cheerful grandfather went overboard explaining how to unlock the room and the like, as if we were stupid and didn't know how to unlock the room. Good thing he didn't show us how to get into bed. Also, when checking out, there were some misunderstandings about issuing the bill, the elderly lady was not very accommodating and kept repeating Nein! Nein! so in the end we called the boss, who immediately resolved everything.

  : The location of the hotel was really nice but its not really a wheelchair friendly specially if you go on a lakeside. The staff were also friendly and helpful. They also granted my request of asking a small chair in the bath room. The hotel also gave us welcome drinks inside the room. The hotel restaurant location and food were ok. For the money that we pay for the food and location i can say its acceptable.
  : The hotel bed was not really cleaned properly. I saw one bug crawling in our bedsheets. And also if you look on the photo frames hanging on the wall inside the room were not cleaned on the sides and also the sides the tv. The cleaning staff should also focus cleaning on it. For 3days and 2 nights stay our towels in the bathroom were not replaced but they just only arranged our bedsheets and pillows on the bed. The location for travellers with no car is also ok because its near to the bus stop but then its hassle to travel because the bus going to the center town is every 1 hr. And also the access of sauna and the jacuzzi pool is not free they charged you 4 euro per day to use it. I hope the sauna and jacuzzi offer some free body scrub or body oil on it. The balcony view in the lake is ok but the walls on the balcony were too high so i didnt appreciate to sit on the balcony. You need to stand up in the balcony to view the lake and it would be nicer if they lower the wall in the balcony so you can sit on the chair while viewing the lake.
