: It must be said clearly. Its an old apartment. Nothing has been renovated there for years. For this price we would have expected more. But for sure its Venice. Everything is expensive. Even Mestre. However, I must admit, it wasnt bad. Its ok to spend there one night, but just the description of the apartment isnt very precise in terms of its real condition.

: Our host Paulo met us promptly outside and stayed while we checked things over. The location is very good, 10 minutes walk from the railway station or the no 2 bus from just outside which takes about 20 mins to Venezia. A good range of bars, takeaways and restaurants on Via Piave and nearby. Supermarkets within 10 min walk.
: It was advertised as 4 bedrooms, in fact 1 of them was a lounge with a large bed in it, another was an office/storeroom. There were 2 small bathrooms and in each the shower rails had bits missing or broken. Only 1 toilet could be flushed at a time. There were many personal items of clothing, paperwork etc left in cupboards. The only sitting space for 6 of us was around a kitchen table with a ripped vinyl cloth. There was no working wifi while we were there. Several plug sockets were loose or even out of the wall. The photos are misleading as they show rooms that are not actually in the apartment. At 851 for 4 nights it was not good value given the general shabbiness.
