  : Access to transit was perfect. Steps away from a bus line that takes you right to Venice. The bed was comfy. The balcony was beautiful. Everything was clean. And the host is AMAZING!!
  : Walking from the train station to the property leaves there much to be desired. Seems to be in an area where locals can probably actually afford to live, but it was pretty industrial feeling compared to what I was expecting. And noise travels FAR from everywhere.

  : Very nicely decorated room! Very near the bus station to go to Venice. It is ideal for a cheaper option for young people as it combines the privacy of your own room (although a bit smaller than what's shown in the photos) with a shared bathroom. Everything was very clean and tidied up and quiet. It was quite hot and there was no air conditioning but we didn't mind much.The owner was very very accomodating and polite and helped us a lot! If you want to save some money , as everything is very expensive in Venice, i definitely recommend this placeand i would stay there again if i ever visited Venice again.

  : Very comfy room! Decor was nice as well. The location is a minute from a bus that goes to and from Venice, so getting to the islands was super easy. Host was very understanding after I forgot to let him know of our arrival time in advance.
  : Other guests were a little noisy, but that's the realities of a shared guesthouse. One shower leaked, but was otherwise fine.

  : The owner was friendly and very helpful to recommend places. Our room was very nice, spacious and comfortable.No problem with Wifi, Aircon was working and the value for money was correct !
  : The shower. Very long to get warm water and the pressure wasn't great. Otherwise it was good.
