  : The location was very good, transportation to Venice was easy.
  : The room was cold and the cleaning was not very good. The refrigerator was not working efficiently. Even though we stated that we would sleep in the same bed with the child, an extra fee was requested. Although an additional fee was charged, no additional bed service was provided.

  : The location was convenient
  : The room floor was dirty. They had an old carpet with stains and a dirty appearance. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. It was supposed to be a queen bed but it was two twin mattresses instead hard and thin. The pillows were old and gross and so were the blankets. I could not stay in the room for two long as it was giving me terrible allergies and face rash. The AC didnt work properly so we left the windows open and could not sleep because of mosquitos. I came home with small bites all over my arms - not sure what kind of bug bit me. The shower was hot but the tub was narrow and the pipes were in the middle of the tub and you had to hold the shower head the entire time bc of its location. The curtains were falling apart. It has a moldy smell that makes my nose each just to think about it. Left the place sick from allergies and with bug bites.

  : The room was a good size for your luggage. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The Guest house was 1 block away from the tram stop, that takes you into Venice. A good coffee shop at the tram stop, and a very helpful you guy at the Tobacco shop to buy tram/train or bus tickets.
