  : The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean
  : The room was extremely basic. No comfortable chair, only a computer chair. The room had a “dirty mop” smell that lingered. Overall, it was okay

  : The stay was comfortable once we got back into the room after returning from an outing. We were locked out on the first night.
  : We went out for something to eat. Returned to the room to key not working. After going to front desk three times to get a replacement key and being told the key is being deactivated due to to being close to my cellphone was not true. I finally called front desk and to him the key was still not working, he told me that it may be that the battery is dead on the key fob and he would be up shortly. Ten minutes later he comes up with a pair of scissors to replace the and realize that was not going to work. He goes to get a screwdriver, remind you we still standing in the hall with our food and other belongings. He comes back and says oh Im going to let you guys in with the emergency key. Food ruined mood just messed up whole night just ruined. The steps of putting customers first was not important to him. We were in the hall a good thirty minutes or more.

  : It was an expensive horrible experience! Avoid at all costs! It does not measure up to a Marriott property and the Regional Manager is a liar.
  : The room was filthy and get this we had no keys to the room so every time we went on the front desk had to physically walk to our rooms and let us in! I t was crazy and they didnt switch our rooms because the completef inventory for the night. So it was late and we had a baby and we were tired so we stayed! I complained the next day they kept sending people to fix the lock again further inconveniencing us to no avail. The GM called and said oh we'll give you $50 off we never saw it! Stick to Hilton! Hey GM shove that $50 where the sun dont shine!
